Cryogenic Lipolysis or Fat Freezing

Cryogenic lipolysis is very different from other non-surgical lipo treatments, The technology behind it was designed and developed by dermatologists at Harvard Medical School. Their findings revealed that fat cells deteriorate at different temperatures to other cells and that whilst destroying the fat cells, other tissues are left unaffected e.g. skin, muscle mass, and nerve fibres. Clinical studies have shown Cryogenic Liposuction treatments to be effective on between 20% – 40% of the fat cells in the treatment area in just one session and that with Fat Freezing the fat cells are permanently destroyed!! Fat Freezing cools the fat cells in the treatment area to between 0°C and -7°C, Cryogenic Fat Freezing affects only the fat cells as they are more sensitive to cold than other cells. When cooled the fat cells crystallise and are destroyed. During the weeks following your treatment, these destroyed cells are processed through your lymphatic system. In clinical trials 12 weeks post-treatment, 9 out of 10 people saw an undeniable reduction in the treated area, although results can be seen in as little as 2-3 weeks.

Before any treatments please refrain from eating a large meal and avoid caffeine and alcohol at least 3 hours before.

Shower before treatments and make sure no cream or perfumed products have been applied to the skin for at least 24 hours before.

ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?
YES – It is permanent as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Once the fat cells are killed they are gone permanently. The only reason they would re-appear is if you gained a large amount of weight and your body had to make some new fat cells in order to store the new fat. But if you maintain a good exercise regimen and diet then the fat reduction is permanent in a sense that your fat cells are permanently removed from your body.
